I love capturing colors as vivid and gorgeous as they are in real life. All of my photos are bright and filled with rich colors, contrast, and a warm, timeless edit.
If you’re feeling a little nervous stepping out in front of the camera, take a deep breath and let go of those worries. I specialize in natural, relaxed, & fun posing. I love to play and create authentic laughs, smiles, and memories.
I know families are excited to share their pictures and memories! I strive to deliver photos as quickly as possible, while giving each gallery the time and attention to detail it deserves. My turnaround time is within 2-3 weeks. 

The Mini

Family session

$275

Mini Family sessions are the perfect way to get beautiful family photos, quickly and efficiently.  Dads and littles love this option!  We capture the family all together, parents together, kids together, and kids individually.  There is less time to play and capture a lot of candids.  But we are still able to get the traditional smiling photos, and some candids.

Mini Family sessions are shot in a beautiful location chosen by Heather.  These sessions will take place in the Box Elder, Weber County, and Davis County areas.  I will let you know of the location details once your session date gets closer.

Mini sessions include up to 9 people, and 20 minutes of shooting time.  Exact session length depends on your family size and needs.  I shoot until we capture everything you’re wanting and everything we need during that timeframe!  All galleries include edited high resolution digital files, a personal online viewing gallery, and 30+ edited images with a print release to use your photos how, where and when you please.

The Full

family session

Full family sessions allow you to choose a custom location, and let us capture moments in a more personalized way. We get those everybody-looking-and-smiling style photos in every session, but also spend time capturing candid moments and documenting the real laughs, smiles, and personalities of all the members of your family.

Full Family sessions are shot in a location of your choosing, or one of the locations that I love and recommend.  I can help you choose!  There is a travel fee of $0.60/mile for locations outside of 30 miles from Ogden, UT.

Full Family sessions include up to 9 people, and up to 1 hour of shooting time.  Exact session length depends on your family size and needs.  I shoot until we capture everything you’re wanting, everything we need, and all the fun candids!  All galleries include edited high resolution digital files, a personal online viewing gallery, and 70+ edited images with a print release to use your photos how, where and when you please.

The Large / Extended

Family session

$575

Extended Family / Large Family sessions are for groups of 10 or more people.  We get beautiful shots of the entire family, and also break down the family into smaller groups. We’ll get a great family shot of the large group, each little family, the grandparents + grandkids, just the grandkids (if any), and any other variation that you’d like and is important to you.

Large Family / Extended Family sessions are shot in a location of your choosing, or one of the locations that I love and recommend.  I can help you choose! There is a travel fee of $0.60/mile for locations outside of 30 miles from Ogden, UT.  Sessions include up to an hour of shooting time.  A typical gallery includes 70+ edited images with a print release.

Frequently Asked Questions …

Mini sessions take place within 30 miles of Ogden, UT. I choose the location based on the season and what is looking the very best for your session date. All of the locations I shoot at are gorgeous, so you can rest assured the background will be pretty and fitting for the season.

I travel as far north as Bear Lake and as far south as Provo. I also travel to the St. George area frequently. If you have a certain location you’d like to go to, send me a message and I can get you a price quote.

The turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks for all of the finished, edited photos.

Yes, I do offer printing services through my professional printing lab. It is totally optional to order prints through me. But if you choose to, they are amazing quality, color-accurate, and durable.

Yes, some printing labs do require customers to have a print release from their photographer granting permission to print. I include a print release in each session’s gallery.

Sessions take place during the golden hour light, before sunset. This allows me to get the very best lighting for each session. This light is soft and warm, and doesn’t have harsh shadows or haziness. I only photograph clients during this time because it produces the quality of photos and style that I love, and you’ll love to!
